Remodeling

We take the worry out of remodeling with a full range of options to fit your needs and abilities. Here are a few examples designed to make your life easier:

Full service - We provide everything for you from design and materials, procurement to construction and painting.

Partial service - Maybe you want to provide the design, some materials and the painting, and have us do the work. If you want to do some of the work, that's ok too. Most homeowner's prefer some form of this option.

DIY Coaching service - We'll coach you through any part of the design and building process, and guide you as you do the work. We can even lend a hand for the parts that might be too challenging for you on your own.

Design

We also provide a range of design services for interior and exterior remodels, additions, and accessory buildings like garages and sheds:

Consulting - If you'd like to discuss your ideas with a professional at a reasonable price, we can consult on an hourly basis regarding design, Zoning Code, Building Code, sustainability or materials issues.

Drafting services - Have a sketch that you need drafted for an estimate or building permit? Have an idea of what you want but not sure how it will lay out? We can draft it on AutoCAD, quickly and inexpensively.

Permit Drawings - If you need to pull a building permit, we can provide drawings with the information the Building Department wants to see.

Zoning Board Drawings - If your addition or renovation requires a Variance or an Area Exception, we can provide the required drawings and advice to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible.
